Chipotle food is delicious, but this location is terrible. Rude staff and lines are so long it takes forever to get to the front to order. Maybe its time to redo your way of passing food down the line so a few people can order at once and get going. And smiling and being polite is usually helpful when you run a business.

I absolutely love Chipotle however this location is the worst I've ever been to due to the customer service the general manager, (the dumas with the stupid hat and glasses)thinks he's king of the burrito world and that no one can touch him , I really want to just slap him with his stupid look on his face all the time and the way he treats customers is a joke

The GM here is very rude as is the girl who seems to always be at the register. We HATE this location they are so stingy on all the toppings. This picture is a regular amount of chz. If i wanted more/what i normally get its extra. Go to the location off 65 in Blaine or Northtown.

What's not to love?!? Food is great. Fresh. Local. Sustainable. Great business model. Portions are health - a real value. Sometimes the lines are long but they move quickly or you can order in advance with the App. It's no wonder Chipotle is a leader in casual dining.

Its Chipotle, you all know the food. So, a few comments about this particular location: -super nice staff -nice patio -resident duck visits said patio, feed her and she will follow you -birds everywhere on said patio -plentiful parking, shared with the rest of the mall

I had a burrito with no rice, black beans. Chicken/barbacoa. Light sour cream, cheese quac and tomato. I asked for it to be mixed up, she mixed the ingredients very quickly and evenly. The flavors were evenly distributed wonderfully. It sounds like a small thing but for years I have had issues with something this simple. Everything from lifting the edges of tortilla...??? To using cups in an attempted to mix or stir? I'm not sure. It's a 7 second task with a spoon or fork, and works incredibly well. Food quality at this location is much better than average as well!

I love the food but what the heck is the point I ordering on their app a half hour before you pick it up if they always make it when you're standing in front of the register waiting to pick it up?

GIVE ME ALL THE CHIPOTLE! The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because I've been in a couple times and they were out of guacamole. You can't be chipotle and out of guacamole.

Food is great! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! SOOOOOO SLOW! The employees at this location should go down to the Chipotle at the U of M & see how they SHOULD BE WORKING!!! We love the food but end up pulling in to the parking lot and leaving right away at least once a week because the line is always out the door & when we have stayed it takes 45+minutes to get to the assembly line to order - INSANE!!

Friendly service. Sometimes there is a line but they move people along as fast as possible. The food is excellent. I really enjoy sitting at the outside patio by the water. Very pleasant atmosphere. However if the weather isn't good I take my food home to eat rather than sit in the restaurant where the people waiting in line watch you eat.

This place is a joke. Chipotle used to be the only fast food restaurant I would go to as they claim to be GMO free. I went there on my lunch break last Friday and it took over 40 minutes just to make it through the line. Then I pay with a $100 bill and the girl short changed me $20. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I made it back to work. I immediately called and spoke to the manager who took down my name, receipt number and phone number. He said he would refund me if the drawer was indeed over at the end of the night. I asked for a courtesy call either way so I would know. That was Friday. Today is Sunday. Unprofessional to say the least. You've lost a 3+ visit per week loyal customer. I'll be packing lunches from now on.

I can't eat here without thinking of the South Park episode :) I like this place for a quick bite to eat that's a much better choice than your typical fast food choices.

I love this Chipotle. Perhaps I'm bias because it's the closest one to my house, but that's not the only reason. The employees are always very friendly when we go in and they are very patient with my intermediate Spanish. They are quick and always get my order correct and made perfectly every time. They also go out of their way to suggest options for my picky children and it's never pricey. This location is also great because of the scenery. They have a patio that overlooks a man made pond and you can often sit out there and watch the ducks in the pond and that, to me, really makes the dining experience.
